A single conical spring, self-clamping on the shaft, gives the possibility
to tolerate errors in positioning and eliminates the needing of set
screws.
The design of this seal makes it idoneous to operate in one predefined
direction of rotation only.
The balanced version SPB is available for high pressure service.

This type of seal is suitable for a large variety of applications
and it is then generally used in chemical,petrochemical,pharmaceutical
plants .
Available in single spring execution unbalanced version US3A and balanced
version BS3A Multiple spring execution in similar versions UM3A and
BM3A .
For diameters larger than 100mm unbalanced version N3X and balanced
version BL3X, both in multispring execution, are available.
Large variety of materials is foreseen for all versions of seals.
A single housing double seal execution is available for reduced axial
length applications.

Single
spring balanced mechanical seal designed according to DIN 24960-K.
This seal is of solid and compact construction and features built
in sleeve and spring not in contact with the product.
These characteristics make the seal type TB definitly suitable to
operate in all applications with critical fluids as viscous or solid
particles containing liquids which can be potentially harmful for
a traditional seal.
Version TZK is available for heavy services.

This type of seal is particularly suitable to operate with fluids
having corrosive properties or generally dangerous for the integrity
of the machinery.

For dry-running applications on top-entry mixers is available a special
version featuring suitable sealing faces materials.

Metal
bellow mechanical seal designed according DIN 24969-K in TSMA version.
The elasticity of the metal bellow guarantees large capability of
axial mouvement and permits to operate with products prone to form
solid particles which could compromise the freedom of mouvement of
traditional seal rings sealed by a O-Ring.
Version TSHA is available for high temperature services.
Cartridige executions complete of flange and sleeve versions are available.
